The Breaking All Barriers conference will deal with all church ministries at whatever size you currently are. Whether you are a Student or Kids Pastor who wants to grow from 10 to 20 kids every week, or a Lead Pastor of 50, 100 or 200 who wants reach more people, this conference will give you a Spirit led strategy to break through the barriers that we all face.
The conference will be held at The Assembly in Columbus, Ms from 10:00 – 3:00 and each session led by Pastor Chad Stafford of Team First Consulting & Media. Over the past 25 years, Pastor Chad has been a Student Pastor, Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor. In 2010, he and his wife planted Coastal Church in Daphne Alabama that has grown from 3 people into a multi site church that reaches over 1800 people each week.
