OUR TEAM
Cody & Kaitlyn Waltman
Cody and Kaitlyn are passionate leaders with a heart for seeing the next generation shake the nations, encounter Jesus, and walk boldly in the calling God has placed on their lives. Cody has been serving as the Mississippi Next Gen Director since June of 2026, helping equip and empower leaders across the district to reach and disciple the next generation. In addition to this role, Cody and Kaitlyn serve as full time Youth Pastors at Full Life Assembly of God in Hurley, MS, continuing to carry the heart of a youth pastor as they invest in students and develop young leaders. Beyond ministry, Cody and Kaitlyn have been married since May 26, 2013, and are the proud parents of three beautiful children: two daughters, Nevaeh and Elliotte, and their son Bo Gray. Their lives reflect a shared passion for Jesus, a love for people, and a commitment to raising up the next generation to know God and make Him known!
